BABY DIES AFTER EATING DRUGS IN GRANNY’S “CANDY” DISH
The Virginia Police are looking for Kimberly Artis, a woman whose granddaughter died after eating a handful of prescription pills that were kept in a candy dish. Prosecutors issued an indictment against her and her boyfriend Steven Bullock, 51, with her death.
Authorities caught Bullock around 4 a.m. Friday, but Artis is still on the run. According to blackmediacoop.com....
"Toxicology reports showed the tot overdosed on Suboxone, a drug that treats addiction to prescription painkillers or heroin.
Investigators said the pills were kept in a candy dish at the couple’s home. Bullock’s brother, Harvey said that the drugs belonged to a friend.
A cousin of Artis’ said that the young grandmother was battling a drug problem and getting her life “on track” after a recent prison stint.
The couple faces felony murder, felony child abuse or neglect and drug possession charges"
