A District of Columbia Police officer is being investigated for an alleged threat toward First Lady Michelle Obama. The officer stated that he would shoot Mrs. Obama, according to the Washington Post. This threat was taken very seriously, being that he has worked as an escort for her in the past.
There were several officers that overheard the officer's remark during a conversation about threats against the Obama's. The officer said that he would shoot the first lady, and then he used his phone to pull up a picture of the weapon he would use for the shooting.
D.C. police spokeswoman Gwendolyn Crump told the Washington Post "We received and allagation that inappropriate comments were mad. We are currently investigating the nature of those comments."
This is shame, but it does not surprise me. This only happens when there is a black president in office.
